2. Purpose and scope
This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website
web.yatoday.es. Access is free of charge and requires no registration.
The commercial and contractual conditions of the subscription service are governed separately by the Terms and Conditions, which prevail over this notice in everything concerning the contractual relationship.
Accessing and browsing the site confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of this legal notice. If you disagree with any of its provisions, please do not use the site.
3. Conditions of use
The user undertakes to:
- Use the site in accordance with the law, this legal notice, good faith and public order.
- Not use the site for unlawful purposes, in a way that harms third-party rights, or that may damage, overload or prevent its normal use.
- Not introduce or spread viruses, malicious code or any system liable to cause damage to the site, to our platform or to third-party systems.
- Not attempt to access restricted areas, our application programming interfaces (APIs) or other clients’ data, and not reverse-engineer our systems.
- Not carry out mass automated content extraction (scraping) without prior written authorisation.
Breach entitles Yatoday, S.L. to deny or withdraw access to the site without notice and without any right to compensation.
4. Informational content
The content of the site — service descriptions, indicative prices, delivery times and examples of work — is informational. Published prices are exclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise, and do not constitute a binding contractual offer until confirmed in writing under the Terms and Conditions.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The source code, templates, technical architecture, graphic designs, images, texts and navigation structure of this site belong to Yatoday, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, in whole or in part, without express written authorisation is prohibited. Browsing grants the user no right or licence over that content beyond the strictly personal use needed to view it.
Client work. Screenshots and examples of client websites are published with their authorisation; the trade marks and logos appearing in them belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to identify the work carried out.
Client content. Under the Terms and Conditions, the client retains ownership of the texts, images, logos and domains they provide.
Third-party software and open-source libraries integrated into the site are used under their respective licences, which are fully respected.

6. Disclaimer
Yatoday, S.L. acts with due diligence, but cannot guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the site. It may be interrupted by maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond our control. The service-level commitments applicable to clients with an active subscription are those in the Terms and Conditions.
- The complete absence of errors in the content.
- The absence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties beyond our control.
None of the above excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Links
Outbound links. The site may include links to third-party pages, including our clients’ websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Their inclusion implies no recommendation or endorsement.
Inbound links. Linking to the home page is permitted provided it is done fairly, without reproducing its content, without creating confusion as to ownership and without false or disparaging statements. Reproducing the site within third-party frames is not authorised.
8. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy, both of which form an integral part of this legal notice. Section 10 of the privacy policy sets out our role as processor on the websites we build for our clients.
9. Commercial communications
In accordance with Article 21 LSSI-CE, we do not send commercial communications by email or equivalent means without the recipient’s request or express authorisation, or without a prior contractual relationship concerning similar services. Recipients may object simply and free of charge by writing to [email protected].
10. Partial invalidity
If any clause is declared void or unenforceable, that invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid.
11. Amendments
Yatoday, S.L. reserves the right to amend this legal notice and the content of the site at any time and without prior notice. Amendments take effect on publication. The date of the version in force is shown at the top of this page.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
Where the user is a consumer, the competent court is the one for their place of residence, and no clause in this notice limits the rights that consumer protection law grants them on a mandatory basis. Consumers may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
In all other cases, and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the law.
